Third award in a row: GEZE TS 7000 door closer receives German Innovation Award 2026

The TS 7000 from GEZE continues its impressive success story: with the German Innovation Award 2026 in the “Excellence in Business to Business – Building & Elements” category, this innovative door closer generation has already secured its third major distinction. The expert jury honoured the door closer as a “Winner”, thus recognising an outstanding innovation that sustainably improves lives through progress and societal added value.

The continued recognition by independent expert juries proves that the TS 7000 meets the spirit of the times and fulfils the highest demands of modern architecture. Following the ICONIC AWARD 2025 and the German Design Award 2026, the German Innovation Award now completes the awards triple – even before the official market launch this summer.

Innovation with real added value for planning and installation

The powerful TS 7000 door closer combines innovative functions with a clear focus on design, convenience and safety. Thanks to the new Easyflow technology, which ensures particularly high efficiency, the TS 7000 combines effortless opening with reliable closing. This allows doors to be operated with ease while still closing reliably – even in safety-critical situations such as airlocks or escape routes, regardless of temperature or season. In this way, the TS 7000 door closer sets completely new standards for modern building concepts.

In addition, the new door closer generation from GEZE meets the requirements of DIN 18040 and DIN Spec 1104, thereby ensuring unrestricted accessibility. Thanks to its aesthetic and flexible design, the TS 7000 adapts to almost any installation situation, offering maximum planning freedom for architects and peace of mind for installation companies. Universal installation using a single door closer body for all mounting types is both simple and highly practical. The new SNAPnFIX technology makes installation even easier. More than one million tested cycles demonstrate its exceptional durability.
